We and Rain

It’s raining very hard,
My heart is like a credit card.
Swish, flap and then there is a beep,
We are under an umbrella that’s ugly and cheap.
Jumping in puddles and splashing water everywhere,
And doing things, which we couldn’t even dare.

We were muddy as hell and we looked like pigs,
Our hairs like nest were full of twigs.
We sat on a boat, which we started from the bank,
It didn’t go far, in mid-way it sank.
We were such dumb fools that we sat in a paper boat,
We were so heavy, of course it didn’t float.
